OPE! is a biannual zine featuring local artists in the Quad Cities, focusing on photography and other visual arts. Our goal is to give artists a platform in which to share their work in digital and print.

Here at OPE! We believe that all artists should be paid for their time, hard work, and creativity. So all artists featured in OPE! are paid, and we strive to provide them with opportunities in which they can make money doing what they love.

Ope! was founded by Shale Sage with the generous funding provided by Quad City Arts via the Arts Dollars Grant.
